[ruby-fltk-devel] Menu_#textsize

I needed the MenuBar in my modified editor.rb for the Agenda VR3 to have
smaller fonts:

The textcolor and textfont method would probably be nice too, but then
again, perhaps YAGNI? (YAGNI = You Ain't Gonna Need It)
