Hi Takaaki,

Still working off and on on my SQL browser, inheriting from Browser_.

I'm trying to use the multiple item select - via item_select and
item_selected methods.

But it looks like item_selected is not called as per the fltk
docs.  Looking in the ruby-fltk source if looks like this method isn't
implemented.

Could you please add for me - apologies but I don't really understand the
code to send a patch.
