Hi,
The wheel for cp311 is missing for Windows. See: https://pypi.org/project/ruamel.yaml.clib/0.2.7/#files
I'd greatly appreciate if you could publish the Windows 3.11 wheels for this package.

When I initially built the others appveyor did not support 3.11. I tried with two different appveyor YAML files but somehow this is not as simple as replacing cp36-win with cp311-win.
Just changing that would be too easy and logical ( but what can you expect from a service that insists on .yml extensions on files with YAML documents, although the recommended extension has been .yaml since at least Sep. 2006 )
So sorry, but this is going to drag out until I have time to figure out how appveyor wants things this time

Turned out that cibuildwheel has (had) a bug and is silently ignoring build targets
The wheels are now on PyPI
