It would be very helpful if you could do a new release of this package, as I can then use the new version number as a dependency for a rebuild of all packages in https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:jayvdb:ruamel , purging all old ones on user machines.
I can use a fake version instead, but that isnt as neat.

fwiw, a new version of this package isnt helpful until I have the openSUSE maintainers agreeing on a solution.
