I had that same problem hold down the power button until it
restarts if you are still having the problem then unplug it for
about 10 min then plug in and hold the power button and let
it reset when she finally comes back on go into set up and
make the replay dail out for the newest updates . I hope this

I am having the same problem on my 4532 unit. Power
cycling or waiting between cycles (for hours) does not help.
The disks seem to be ok. I connected the master to my
computer and it seemed to recognize it (obviously not as a
PC disk). I was able to get the disk information off of the
drive using the maxtor powermax3 utility, so it seems to be
alive. Does anyone have a PC utility to determine the health
of the disk and the REPLAYTV operating system on it?
