#6 Unit unstable

I've upgraded my replay 5040 with a 200 Gig Maxtor.
Everything was fine for a while abour 8 weeks, but now
the unit stops responding after being on for a few hours.
I've tried the 872 Zones and all it does is bring up the
zones screen. I think I need a new image for the hard
drive but don't know where to find one. Any advice at all
would be welcome.
