RTVPatch Works on Win7

Just ran two patches using RTVPatch 2.5.3 on Win7, and it works fine. Ran a single-drive (500GB) update on a 4xxx, and a 2-drive (2x300GB) on a 45xx.

Extract_rtv5 now fully supports the 2000/3000 models

The latest version of extract_rtv5 now support version 3.x for the 2000/3000 models. In addition, it adds recording descriptions for version 2.x for the ss2170 model.

Extract_rtv5 now supports the 4xxx

The latest version of extract_rtv5 now supports both the 4000 and 4500 series in addition to the 5000 and 5500 series.

Update of extract_rtv5

Updated to output the show descriptions and recording date correctly for Replay 4500's and 5000's.
Added for the verbose output to include the episode name, actors, guests, director, producer, and muti-part information.
