I hate to see other people pull a profit on things - but I happened to look for an old 50xx series on Replay when I stumbled upon someone selling software on a CD for upgrading the HD.
Goto Ebay and look for yourself - there are 2 guys: search for the phrase "Replay TV Upgrade CD"
Unless I'm mistaken there's no other way to upgrade/replace your Replay HD without RTVPatch.
