Does anyone know how successful the Replay-TV is at controlling the tuner in an AT&T cable box?
The cable box is a Motorola DCT2244. Can this be controlled by serial cable or IR-Blaster? The list of cable boxes I have does not list any Motorola products.

Worked for me. Initially I got a lot
of out of memory errors when trying to
download the 100+ channel guide - but
deleting a lot of show based themes fixed
this.
AFAIK: controlling the tuner works fine
if you go the the "tweaks" menu and
select 3 digit channel numbers and
set most timeouts to greater than 300ms.
It doesn't hurt, but you can turn on the
"return" tweak option too.

Tyr using the General Instruments DCT-2000 as the setting in the Replay and use the IR blaster. Motorola bought GI a while ago, but the box is either the same or very similar.
