[RTnet-developers] Problems Building rtnet-0.9.12 for firewire

In the current version rtnet-0.9.12 following the standard build
instructions on xenomai site (RTnet: Installation and Testing)
the firewire driver stack does not get built I have tried using bothe
the config files generated by menuconfig and manually specifying the
parameters.   Are there any updated instructions or fixes?

I'm afraid the problem already starts with the rtfirewire stack itself.
Last time I tried to build it (more than a year ago), it failed on
recent kernels with recent Xenomai.
