I am still trying to get a response from my post.

I have finished compilation and I have produced two files :-

       linux.bin
       boot.bin

How do I flash it to the device ? If I use vendor provided
tools ( web gui ), which file do I use ?

      

Please, NEVER (!!!) use WEB GUI to flash 3rd party firmware and your own built firmware!
Otherwise you'll be able to reanimate your device with JTAG only!

Thanks for the post. OK if I don't use WEB GUI, what do I use then ? I can't read the documentation provided because I don't read the non-english text there. I have a AZTECH WL730RT4, whic I opened it up and found that it is based on RTL8186.

As I'm already said - you need to use tftp for flash it with your firmware.
And if you can, please, post high res. photos of inside of your AZTECH WL730RT4.
