The license for RTL has changed to the LGPL.

The beta 2 release includes has some minor changes to support compilation using gcc compilers.

I have posted an alpha release of RTL. It contains all of the header files for RTL. Note that you must have the AR System C API installed on your machine; it is not redistributed.

See the documentation for detailed information on RTL classes an members, as well as example usage. rtl::Server is the main class - start there.

Soon I will add all of my tests as well.
