[Rtl-wifi-devel] rtl-wifi Rev 31 and rev 36 changes

I believe that some of the changes that were made at revisions 31 and 36
should not have been made.

I've made a patch to reverse the changes and started a thread about this 
  patch on the rtl-wifi forum
