https does not work in manu link because http is hardcoded in the manu link.

How to reproduce:

1. Host the rth in https server and login to rth
2. Click on the any manu link (i.e. Home, Test Library, etc), it goes to http link

Verified it - but the easy workaround is to use HTTP - so this has no high priority at the moment.
