#154 Manage Test Area paging list not operable

In the Manage panel for Test Areas, the paging links (page #, Next, Last) do not advance page the list. It does not appear from the URL constructed by these link/controls that any page argument is sent.

Running v1.6.2 - upgrading to more recent version not an option. Looking for instructions on correcting the php code.
