#121 Tests - Last Five Modified only shows created tests

On start page "Tests - Last Five Modified" only the last created tests are displayed - modified tests are not displayed.

This happens because "Last Updated Date" and "Last Updated By" are not changed when a step is added to a test.

If an Update Test is performed on an older test, "Last Updated Date" and "Last Updated By" are updated. The test then appears in the "Tests - Last Five Modified" list.
