We have been using rtf2xml very successfully for rtf documents in Latin charsets; however, when trying to convert rtf documents that are outside this set (namely, Greek, Russian, etc.) the characters produced are entirely incorrect:
- if the font used is not Unicode, the result contains Unicode characters mixed with spaces and question marks
- if the font used is Unicode, the result "looks" correct (strings of escaped codes) but the codes themselves are incorrect.
What can we do to fix this? Is there a parameter that can be set somewhere (or at least modified for testing)?
Thank you anyway for the great work.
