I tried your application with a Japanese file converted from Word by
TextEdit (MacOSX) and it seems the application does not respect the
double byte character of the text.
All the (double byte) characters are split in two and replaced by 2
Also, I pasted contents from the web in Japanese to create an rtf from
scratch and the application tells me:
bubu: ./rtf2xml ~/Desktop/neooffice.rtfd/TXT.rtf > no.xml
Invalide RTF: File not ascii encoded.
File does not appear to be RTF.
It also look like whatever codepage is indicated in the RTF, your
application sets an ascii encoding to the xml file.
I would really appreciate if rtf2xml could support non ascii/latin
