#37 Add syntax highlighting selection option

Right now the user has to select a default file type for creating new files and if they want to change syntax highlighting they will have to save the file with an extension that is recognizable by RText.
I think that adding the option to explicitly select the syntax highlighting is a better and more convenient solution.
