RTAI-XML version 1.0 added!
This version is compatible with RTAI 3.8.1 and both Matlab/Simulink/RTW and Scilab/Scicos/Codegen toolchains generated targets are supported

RTAI-XML version 0.9 reaches its mature state with full support for both Scicos/ScicosLab and Simulink schemes.
