rsyncrypto 0.12 released

Version 0.12 of rsyncrypto has been released today. rsyncrypto is a rsync friendly file encryption, where localized modifications in the plaintext file result in localized modifications in the cyphertext file, to preserve rsync's efficiency over the wire.

This version clarifies the license to explicitly allow linking with the non-GPL OpenSSL library. Also new in this version is a slightly different meaning of the "--delete" option, and a minor bug fix in absolute path names.
