#12 --delete doesn't seem to work when using --filelist

I'm running rsyncrypto (1.02) with the following arguments on Debian Linux 2.6.18:
./rsyncrypto -cv --delete --name-encrypt=filemap --ne-nesting=3 --trim=0 --filelist linux-include backup-encrypted/ backup-keys/ backup.key

In my filelist there are some directories I want to backup to the same encrypted folder (eg /etc, /home, /usr/share/cpg). When I delete something from my homedir, the deleted file is not removed from the encrypted dir or the filemap.

In the manual it says the --delete option does indeed only work in recursive mode, so maybe this is not really a bug. In that case, I'm curious how I should resolve this problem. Then only thing I can think of is delete the entire encrypted backup, and then rebuild with the same filemap and backup-keys, which in my case takes around two hours ;)

It seems that the --trim=0 case has a boundary condition regarding whether to keep the leading / or not. I need to think exactly how to solve this one.

This bug is solved in the subversion repository, and will be integrated into the next version.
