#2 List entry annotation and disabling

It would be nice to be able to annotate a song in a certain list. The annotation would not have to be a song attribute, but a list entry attribute. The annotation could be displayed in the GUI either as a "mouseover text" on the relevant list row, or as a separate column (maybe even this behaviour could be configurable, not on a per-list basis but globally, to make it not too complex).
Another nice to have option would be to have disabled entries in lists. Thus, we could pull a list into the queue and certain songs would just be skipped without the need to physically remove the song from the list (for whatever reasons this is desirable). So this flag is another option/attribute not of the song but of the list entry.
