3. PortTagListbased instance
I am planning to finish this work in generally until edge of this February;
It will be version 2.xx.yy of rstplib in "rstplib.sourceforge.net".
Let me know, if you are interesting to get definitions of these 3 types of
instances
as I understand them - I will be glad to discuss it on the earliest stages
of the design.
