Currently I don't distribute executable /dll (and I don't think I will).
You should download source codes & the Makefile and compile
the project. If your have another platform (not Linux RedHat), you
may want to write your own Makefile or/and to use another tools
instead of libcli.a & libuid.a
Anyway, the main library librstp.a is an system independent one,
sure on the source code level.
