I had time test things out today, but I don't have any strange effects
so far here. Are you sure that your database is still OK? Perhaps
it got corrupted after various updates?

Did you reconfigure your feeds last time? Because I could see 
unreferenced/missing articles which could have cause lots of
problems while viewing a certain feed.

I would start with a clean database once again and look if these
errors appear again.
