Hi, in eclipse 3.7.2 I imported the rssowl team project (see pic 1)
I applied some little change to the project, for my private use, only for testing.
How I "convert / export" the project (in eclipse) in a file like this ?
In this archive-file, there is the executable file "RSSOwl".
How I can obtain that executable file from the eclipse project?
PS: I already know how to lunch rssowl from eclipse: I click the run button (the green button with the white arrow) .
There should be an option in "File | Export" for this project, something similar to "Plugin-Development".
How did you manage to launch RSSOwl from within Eclipse? I could not do that because of multiple errors / mismatch between Eclipse versions 3.4.x and 4.2/3.7. Which source did you use?
As source I use this
I take it here
(Download the Team Project Set for RSSOwl)
PS. I am on linux (suse 11.4)
UPDATE: I downloaded that psf file and imported rssowl on november 2012.
In "Plugin-Development" there are 4 options:
What is the right.
RSSOwl itself (org.rssowl.build) should be exported as "Eclipse Product", the org.rssowl.feature* projects should be exported as "Feature" and the others as plug-in/fragment. I don't know if there is an ant file or something else to do automate build.
thx for replay.
I try to export "org.rssowl.build" as "Eclipse Product", and I recive this error:
How can I solve it?
Sorry, I don't know what to do about that.
