Too many duplicates. One reason is because different news items from different
sources lead to the same or nearly same link. Another is that stories are
updated but the site doesn't follow proper RSS convention. One solution (if
marking them as read or deleting them is considered too radical) is to put
items falling into either of these categories into threads so only the most
recent shows. The user then clicks a little plus sign to see the rest open up.
