    I am using RSSOwl 2.2 on Windows 7 sp1 64 bit.

If the settings for Feeds/Display are set to "Display the contents of the news" and the checkbox "Load movies and other embedded content" is checked, whenever I open a feed post with an embedded video, like this one from Richar Wiseman's blog:
    http://richardwiseman.wordpress.com/2013/05/16/you-wont-believe-your-eyes-2/
RSSOwl tries to display the vimeo or youtube embedded video in the page (I can see the initial attempt to render the video), but suddendly crashes.

    Any idea?

Yes, that's a known problem. RSSOwl's internal browser keeps on crashing in some configurations with flash player and other plugin content. I don't know how to work around that problem except disabling plugins and/or JavaScript.
A fix is possible (make RSSOwl use more recent versions of XULRunner, the internal browser, and/or switch to WebKit when possible) but hard to do.
