    Tobin - 2013-06-20

I recently had to reset my computer back to its factory condition, i.e., only the OS (Win7 64-bit) and HP's own software, and then I had to reinstalled all of my software. Before doing this I exported my RSSOwl feeds, filters and preferences, and imported them back once I installed RSSOwl. Everything seemed fine, until I discovered that YouTube videos no longer display through the embedded browser. The pages only display a non-functioning black box. Vimeo videos display and play fine. I've tried re-installing Flash, and also switching the display from opening the link of the news to displaying the content of the news, but to no effect. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Please check this setting:

Tools > Prefences > Browser > "Disable JavaScript in browser"

If that is enabled then you will need to click the "Exceptions..." button and add an exception for "youtube.com"

    Take Care,

    Will
