When searching or filtering for phases, you are suppose put the phrase between
"Quotation" marks. However, it does not work. It is still finding articles
with ANY of the words in the phrase. So if you search for "Internet Radio",
you get all articles with "Radio" and all articles with "Internet" and not
only articles with the phrase "Internet Radio".

I doubt RSSOwl does support this.

It should work if you add the filtering phrase like Internet Radio or
Internet+Radio without " " marks into Entire News -> Contains -> Empty Field

Another thing I just found if you do the same search or filtering for a
radio/a radio or the radio/the+radio then first article is being ignored, so
every news with radio word will come up anyway.

I believe that search function ignores only a few single articles, like 'a' or
    'the'.

Yes, the search ignores some very common words like 'a', 'the', 'is' and some
    others.
