[Rsslibj-developer] pubDate in RSS 2.0

I've just added support for pubDate tag for RSS 2.0 feeds.  Updates have
been committed to CVS so if you want to update you can do so.

The output is the same as stated in the RSS 2.0 Spec
http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss#hrelementsOfLtitemgt based on RFC822
date format.

There's a little work that needs doing to <enclosure> and <source> as there
is no attribute support for these tags at the moment.
