Problem compiling in AIX 5.1

We are trying to compile rssh 2.1.0. We are running AIX 5.1 and gcc is
version 2.9-aix51-020209. We seem to run into a problem though, and we
cannot finish:

Has anyone else seen this error? If so, any know way to fix it?
