#4 lack of release doc for 2.3.0

Release 2.3.0 of rssh seems to lack any release notes
or change logs.

The release notes for 2.3.0 are empty:

The rpm for this release are not readable:

and the raw source is slilent on why 2.3.0 was released.

Is v2.3.0 a critical bug fix, a minor bug fix or a
release of new features? Does it add new features? If
so, what new features are there? Does it change the
way rssh works in any significant way? That is, do
users of v2.2.3 need to do anything when installing v2.3.0?
