#3 NTLM proxy authentication

Is it possible to implement NTLM proxy authentication?
Import of IE settings would be very useful, too.

It is very feasible on LANs with large quantinies of
roaming users and Internet traffic accounting (that is
implemented on the basis of Windows-domain accounting,
and users usually want "transparent" authentication on
resourses).

Examples of OSS projects implementing this feature:
Mozilla FireFox, Miranda IM (I think they may be used
for code review).
