#3 Arabic Headlines in Headline Pane Not Right-to-Left

I imagine this is the case with other R-to-L languages
as well. In the reading pane, Arabic is displaying just
fine, but in the headline pane, the text is displaying in
Arabic L-to-R. Not a big deal.
