I'd like an option to automatically have my feeds
uploaded to my remote storage. At a set interval (like
1/day) and when I exit RSS Bandit.
Also, I'd like the option of it downloading my feeds when
I start RSS Bandit.
Ofcourse a timestamp or something should be
implemented so that after a crash it won't download an
old list.

I have implemented this feature in my personal build of
RssBandit including preferences screen updates and prefs
    storage etc.

Have not implemented it using resources hence no
localization. If anyone wants me to tidy this code up
(shouldnt take any more than an hour) and submit it as a
    patch let me know.

Code tidy up in this case would be

1> Adding new prefs screen strings to Resources
2> Implementing a proper ICommand class to pass into
CmdUploadFeeds and CmdDownloadFeeds (at the moment I pass in
null and make some checks dependent on the ICommand being null)

I don't think that the concern metioned above re: crashes
pulling old data is an issue as read/unread data is cached
locally anyway and the bits that are put up to the remote
location only contains recently read items, not full
read/unread information, so pulling old information won't
mark old posts as unread when they were previously read.

Yes, please provide/upload a patch. There is currently no
local code in the pipeline that is related to that feature, so
we will not have duplicates here. If you use the latest state
from CVS, we can easyly detect each modified file and it's
original base version to it merged without a hassle.

    Thanks!

Not sure how to create a patch! Haven't used
CVS/Sourceforge for anything but pulling code before so i'm
going to have to figure it all out. I'll get a patch
    uploaded by/on the weekend.

Has this feature been implemented now, so that this req can
be closed? Is there any news?

In this context a possibilty to search for the date of the last
update would be great! So one could make a search folder
    with recently updated feed items.

any updates on this feature? This would be extermely
useful. Where can I get the patch? Are there any plans to
integrate it in the official build?
