#164 Make Remote Feed List Storage UI Less Modal

In 1.3.0.29 Uploading a feed is a 3-click process
(Ctrl-Shift U, Proceed? Yes, Ok).

Downloading is a 2-click process (Ctrl-Shift D,
Proceed? Yes).

EXPECTED: Both of these should become 1-click actions.

OTHER:
It would be even better if these became zero-click,
i.e., if RSS Bandit could automatically figure out if
it's local feedlist was out-of-date and fetch the
remote one. But I'm guessing that's a feature request,
not a UI tweak :-)
