I've noticed that after BITS downloads an attachment, it doesn't move it to my destination folder.

For example, in my cache, there is a fully downloaded (I think) video named hoedown.wmv. It plays perfectly in Windows Media Player.

However, it does not appear in my destination folder (C:\Documents and Settings\Zian Choy\My Documents\My Videos\RSS Bandit).

There are 2 possibilities:
1. It's not done downloading. Is this possible for a video that plays perfectly?
2. There's a bug. :(

Folder Information:
My Documents is encrypted w/ EFS
My Videos is compressed via NTFS
RSS Bandit inherited compression from My Videos

My Documents cannot be accessed by other users.

By the way, I made a copy of the WMV in case anyone wants to take a look at it. I suspect it came from one of my Windows Vista RSS feeds but I can try tracking it down further if necessary.
