This is funny one to reproduce, but can be really
annoying. The steps to reproduce are:
1) open up a link to an html page from the feed summary
2) go into the new html tab and find a link to another
3) right click and select open in new window
Now here's the trick. When you select open in new
window, bandit creates a new tab, gives it focus, and
starts loading the page. IF this new page is large, or on
a somewhat slow server, or isn't in your cache, you can
quickly (using the tabs) click back to the original html
page you were viewing, before the second page loads
When the second (hidden) page renders, it captures the
mouse wheel scroll events from the first page.
