No

When an rss/channel/item contains a pubDate the
templates remove the part after GMT whereas the Feed
Details page (Date column) adds this part to the time
and thus shows GMT.

E.g.: pubDate = "Fri, 18 Mar 2005 11:29:41 GMT +1"
results in the templates:
Fri, 18 Mar 2005 11:29:41 GMT
and in the FeedDetails Date column:
18 3 2005 12:29:41

    This seems to be an issue with the new newspaper detail
    display for category feed(s) item rendering.

    Dare, I think we also need the "bool useGMTDate" parameter
    overload on feed.ToString() and feeds.ToString().
    See class NewsItemFormatter.ToHtml(), line 143 and 146

    The template shows GMT while the Date column was
    showing local time. It has been changed so that both times
    are now local time.

    This is now fixed.
