The above feed is an RSS 0.91: no post date infos are there
(except in the item title). So we set the internal used post
date to the datetime of the latest request. Dunno, when that
was on oyur machine.

Another influence is the max item age (global) and that of
each feed: what are the settings there? If the datetime of a
post is older than you specified, it goes automatically out of
scope (and cache) and will be purged.

we also consider the HTTP headers "last-Modifed"
and "ETag" that returns if a requested file (e.g. xml) was
modified since the last request. So if we send the
ETag/LastModified and the server returns "Not modified"
since last request, we do not force to request it again.
