#1399 Refresh error on feed with trailing slash

The http://www.digitalpostproduction.it/feed/ feed can't refresh. If you access http://www.digitalpostproduction.it/feed you get a "301 Moved Permanently" response and are redirected to the "same" address with a trailing slash.
Maybe this behavior is quite questionable but when you set the feed url in the properties dialog the trailing slash is removed.
