#1380 RSS Feed with trailing "/" not fetching

I am trying to gather the feed "http://ezrss.it/feed/". RSS Bandit 1.8.0.870 removes the trailing "/". Unfortunately, the feed requires it to work. Is there any known workaround?

Workaround: add a hash sign at the end of the URL, like this:
"http://ezrss.it/feed/#"
