After uninstalling and re-installing, I got the same error twice, but not the third time. I believe this error to be related to refreshing having a large number of feeds to which I'm subscribed, because feed refreshing slows around the 15000 new item mark, and the app goes through periods of (Not Responding) displaying in the toolbar before the number of new items updates, starting around 18000 items.
It also seemed to take a little longer for the crash to occur each time.

Can you look in for an entry in the error.log file in C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\RssBandit\ that corresponds to when you launched the application.

Looks like this error could not be reproduced reliably.

I tried three systems, XP Home, XP Pro, and Vista Pro, so it is reproducible. However, after relaunching a few times, it stopped. The only entries in error.log are from version number, so I don't think it would be informative to include that, but I will if you'd like.

The top stories feature is nice, BTW.
