#1116 CPU exploitation

Hi. I have the following problem: I after which I have installed RSSBandit, which opens programme, this hangs itself up at once if. The CPU exploitation jumps on 100% shortly after the start of the software. This of course also thwarts every other software and makes the system useless. Ending RSSBandit is also no longer possible. It is to end the process over the task manager to do the only possibility a little. Is there a solution for it? What can I do? I use the RSSBandit under Windows XP home with all updates and the Internet Explorer 7. The system fulfils all current requirements. No recovery brought also one to the hard disk with a following installation format! Many thanks.
