Revisions

A long overdue update is being written to access the new source format from the cfa and dse osom servers. A number of enhancements are also being added at the same time. For the moment not everything is fully functional although the basic manual alarm detection and gather is ready to be tested. Sorry it's only available as a source download until I can get some more time to complete and polish it off...
