#5 Messages violate RFC2822

The messages produced by rss2imap do not include Message-ID headers, and are thus in violation of RFC2822. This causes their APPEND commands to be rejected by many IMAP servers.

Please add a randomly-generated Message-ID header.

    hmm... I usually test rss2imap on UW-IMAP, Courier-IMAP, in these,
    rss2imap works fine, but i want to implement your request.

    Could you tell me your imap server?
