#5 Store default tag values

It would be great if Category, Comment and Authors
remain stored in memory, or are automatically copied to
a New Topic from the fields of the last Topic created.
That way, when you create a new Topic those fields are
already filled. Alternatively, place an small buttom or a
link at those labels to retrieve them from memory. Just
to save some typing.
