#1 Command line switches for keayboard key selection

I want command line switches for the keyboard setup, because in I use a German keyboard (Z and Y are exchanged, etc.).

I thought about something like this "-fire-key y".
That would be enough for me, but if you want to please other users with even more exotic keyboard layouts, you should also code switches for other keys or read stuff like that from an old-school-text-configuration-file-with-a-complicated-syntax (TM).
